The luxury workshop where brands are forged.

An autonomous team of eleven luminaries working while you sleep. Built by a fine artist and luxury brand owner after eighteen years of running a Brooklyn brand stocked in luxury boutiques worldwide. Not a software company dressed up in marketing language. An operational nervous system built by someone who has shipped tens of thousands of orders and personally written thousands of pieces of brand content across every channel a real product business needs.

This is not a tool that replaces employees. This is a pro team supporting you so you can grow enough to hire some.

Maison Forge  ·  The founding principle
The house behind the maison has been covered by
Vogue·Oprah·Forbes·Allure·WWD·Bloomingdale’s

These are not Maison Forge’s press mentions. They belong to Marianella, the eighteen-year-old eco-luxury house our founder runs with his mother from a Brooklyn workshop. Every luminary in the maison was built to run Marianella first. It is the house behind the house, and the reason this platform exists at all.

“I did not build this to replace the people around you. I built it to hold the ground beneath you, so you can keep your eyes on the stars that made you begin.”

David Foote
Brooklyn
The founder

Built from the inside of a working luxury brand.

David Foote is a fine artist with twenty-five years of practice and a decade inside the fashion industry. He is the co-founder and Creative Director of Marianella, the eighteen-year-old eco-luxury bath and skincare house he runs with his Venezuelan-born mother from a workshop in Brooklyn. Marianella sits at Bloomingdale’s BEAUTYSPACE. It has been covered by Vogue, Oprah, Forbes, Allure, and WWD. It carries eighty-two SKUs, every one of them poured, wrapped, and shipped by hand.

He built Maison Forge because he had no other choice.

Marianella is a luxury brand run by two people. David and his mother. For eighteen years, every function of a real marketing department has passed through one of two pairs of hands. Every line of copy. Every email send. Every wholesale conversation. Every ad campaign. Every decision about what the brand would and would not do. Two people, eighty-two SKUs, one workshop, no team.

The maison exists because there was no other way to keep building at the standard the brand deserved while the two of them were still the only people in the room. Every luminary was written because David needed that specific piece of work done and could not hire it. Every voice prompt was drafted by someone who has personally written thousands of pieces of brand copy over nearly two decades. Every banned word is a word he has already banned. Every guardrail is a mistake he has already made, and is no longer willing to repeat.

Every other AI marketing platform in this category was built by software founders, ex-SaaS operators, or data scientists who studied marketing from the outside. Maison Forge was built from the inside of a working luxury brand, by the person still running it, for the founders who are carrying every department on their back and refuse to compromise on voice, quality, or execution.

If that is you, the maison is already waiting.

The manifesto

Your brand deserves a maison. Not another dashboard that generates slop in your colors.

Every other AI marketing platform asks you to describe your brand voice in a settings panel. We do not believe brand voice lives in a settings panel. Brand voice lives in the small decisions made every day for eighteen years. The banned words. The sentence structures that feel like the house and the ones that do not. The difference between editorial copy and advertising copy. The refusal to ship anything that does not feel handmade, even when it is being made by a machine.

Our luminaries are not configured. They are trained. Each one carries a fifteen-hundred-word voice dossier written by a creative director with twenty-five years of practice. Banned words. Banned sentence structures. Content mix ratios. Real founder-written examples. Symbol rules. Hashtag rules. Narrative DNA. The voice is the foundation, not an afterthought.

When Orion writes about an ingredient, he cross-references the real molecular composition, the supplier, the country of origin, and the documented benefits. If the data is missing or unverified, he refuses to write. No other platform in this category does this. Most are fabricating product claims at scale and calling it content marketing. We built the opposite on purpose.

Most customers cannot tell the difference between a Maison Forge post and a post the founder wrote himself. The ones who can tell say the Maison Forge version is tighter.

The house

Eleven luminaries. One atelier.

Every function of a marketing department, held in eleven specialized hands so yours can do the work only you can do.

Each luminary is a master of one craft. Together, they form the operational ground beneath a working luxury brand.

Boris

Executive Luminary

The mind that holds it all together.

First thing every morning, Boris sends a complete executive briefing to your phone on WhatsApp. Live order volume. Inventory flags. Revenue against target. The work of every other luminary, reviewed. The one question that needs your attention today. Everything else, handled. Boris reads the numbers and tells you the truth, which is rarer than it sounds.

The difference

A Ferrari in a sea of bicycles.

Generic AI makes brands sound generic. That much is true. The reason every brand-voice tool on the market produces interchangeable copy is that they configure voice through tone sliders and settings panels, then ask a base model to fill in the rest. Maison Forge does the opposite. Aurora and Luna carry fifteen-hundred-word voice dossiers written by a creative director with twenty-five years of practice. Banned words. Banned sentence structures. Content mix ratios. Real founder-written examples. Hashtag rules. Symbol allowances. The actual narrative DNA of the brand. The voice is the foundation, not an afterthought.

The two questions every serious buyer asks are whether the platform will fabricate product claims and whether they will be stuck in an approval loop. The answer to both is the same. No. Orion ingests your real product data. Fabric specs for fashion. Ingredient chemistry and supplier provenance for beauty. Tasting notes and sourcing for food and beverage. Every claim is cross-referenced against the real data before publication. If the data is missing or vague, Orion refuses to write. As for approval, you can require it, and you will stop wanting to within the first week. Every luminary runs against strict brand rules and verified product data. Drafts are not automation. Maison Forge executes.

Every other AI marketing platform was built by software founders who studied marketing from the outside. Maison Forge was built by someone who runs an eighteen-year-old eco-luxury skincare house handcrafted in Brooklyn with his mother. Every feature exists because it had to exist for a real business to survive and grow. The luminaries publish to Marianella’s Shopify store before they publish to yours. Luna sends Marianella’s emails before she sends yours. Atlas runs Marianella’s wholesale outreach before he runs yours. If the platform breaks, the founder’s own brand stops. You are not the beta test. Marianella is.

That is the strongest alignment guarantee in the category, and no competitor can replicate it without first spending eighteen years building a brand of their own.

The method

Three ways this is different from everything else, and why each one matters to you.

I.

You do not train a chatbot. You brief an atelier.

When you commission your maison, you begin with a brand DNA session. A structured conversation where the founder himself, or a senior member of the house, walks through your voice, your banned words, your content philosophy, your product line, and your founder story. What you end with is not a settings panel. It is a fifteen-hundred-word voice dossier that every one of your luminaries carries forward, permanently. The luminaries are trained. They are not configured.

II.

Your luminaries execute. They do not draft.

Almost every AI platform on the market produces drafts you have to approve, edit, schedule, and publish. Maison Forge does not work that way. Orion publishes your blog posts directly to Shopify. Luna sends segmented emails through your Klaviyo. Flux runs live Meta campaigns through your ad account. Boris sends your executive briefing to your phone on WhatsApp each morning. Nothing waits in a draft folder for you to review. Everything runs. This is not agent theater. It is operational autonomy.

III.

The architecture is yours. We never touch your accounts.

Every integration runs through your own accounts, under your control. Your Shopify. Your Klaviyo. Your Meta Ads. Your Anthropic API. Your data never leaves your hands. The platform sits on enterprise-grade Cloudflare infrastructure, the same foundation that runs Anthropic, Shopify, and a meaningful portion of the modern internet. Your workspace is tenant-isolated. No other customer can see, read, or touch your maison. Your credentials are encrypted at rest and never readable in plain text by anyone, including us.

The math

The cost of covering this ground, role by role.

If you already have a team, Maison Forge holds the operational ground beneath them so they get to do the work only humans can do. If you do not have a team yet, Maison Forge is the ground you build on while you grow into one. This is not a replacement ledger. It is a picture of what it would cost to hire the capacity the maison covers.

Fractional Chief Operating Officer$5,000 – $10,000
Social Media Manager$3,500 – $5,500
Email Marketing Specialist$4,000 – $6,500
SEO Agency + Content Writer$5,000 – $8,000
Market Research Analyst$5,000 – $7,500
Lead Research Service$2,500 – $4,000
Cold Email Agency$3,500 – $6,000
Paid Media Buyer$3,500 – $7,500
Creative Director + Prompt Engineer$4,000 – $8,000
Customer Retention Specialist$3,500 – $5,500
Fractional Chief Financial Officer$4,000 – $7,500

Total cost to hire this capacity  ·  $43,500 – $76,000 / month

Maison Pro  ·  $2,997 / month

Roughly ninety-four percent less than hiring it yourself.

Which means the humans you do hire get to be the humans you actually wanted to work with. Not the humans you hired because there was a hole you could not cover.

What is included, and what you bring

Like every serious operating platform (Shopify, Klaviyo, Cloudflare), your Maison Forge commission covers the platform, the luminaries, the architecture, the voice training, and the ongoing development. The third-party services your luminaries connect to on your behalf, your Anthropic API, your Klaviyo, your Shopify, your Meta Ads, your image generation platform, are billed directly to you.

You own your data, your accounts, and your relationships. Typical third-party tooling for a growing brand runs between $200 and $800 per month depending on your volume, and you are almost certainly already paying most of it.

For

Built for the founders still building.

Maison Forge is for the brand owner carrying every function on their back. Who knows what excellence looks like. Who refuses to compromise on voice, quality, or execution. If you already have a team, the maison is for them too. Not to replace them. To hold the ground beneath them.

Skincare·Fragrance·Beauty·Fashion·Jewelry·Hospitality
The morning ritual

You wake up. Boris has already sent your morning briefing.

Your phone has one message waiting. It is from Boris. It is not a notification about a notification. It is a complete executive briefing, fourteen lines long, and it is the first true thing anyone has said to you today.

Overnight, Orion published two long-form editorial pieces to your Shopify store, each one cross-referenced against your ingredient database. Aurora posted to Instagram and TikTok on the cadence you approved. Luna sent a segmented campaign to your VIP tier and triggered the abandoned cart flow to fourteen new carts. Atlas carried your name into four hundred and twenty new rooms through personalized outreach to qualified wholesale prospects in three new cities. Flux paused two underperforming ad sets and scaled the winner. Sol reached two hundred and thirty lapsed customers with a replenishment message Luna wrote in your voice. Mint ran the weekly P and L and flagged one SKU whose true margin has quietly dropped below threshold.

Boris summarizes all of it. Priorities for the day. The one question that needs your attention. Everything else, already handled.

You get to choose what to do with the hour you just got back. Maybe you work on the next product line. Maybe you call your mother. Maybe you finally hire the social media manager you have been meaning to. Maybe you take the morning off for the first time in eighteen years and remember why you started.

The maison runs in the background. The stars stay in view.

Questions

Four things founders ask before they commission.

Every serious buyer asks the same questions. Four of them come up first. Four more live on their own page, with the room they deserve.

Will this replace my team, or the team I want to hire?
No. The maison is the operational ground beneath your team, not a substitute for it. The luminaries handle the daily cadence, the daily grind, the daily operational work, so the humans on your team get to do the strategic and relational work humans are best at. If you do not have a team yet, the maison is how you survive and grow until you can afford to hire the people you actually want to work with. The founder built this platform because he runs an eighteen-year-old luxury brand with his mother and the two of them could not cover the ground alone.
Will the luminaries sound like my brand, or like ChatGPT?
The luminaries are trained on fifteen-hundred-word voice dossiers that include banned words, banned sentence structures, content mix ratios, real founder-written examples, and your narrative DNA. The voice is not an afterthought. It is the foundation. The founder has spent eighteen years writing copy for a luxury brand. He knows what a banned word looks like.
Who is running my data?
You are. Every integration runs through your own accounts. Your Shopify. Your Klaviyo. Your Meta Ads. Your Anthropic API. The platform sits on enterprise-grade Cloudflare infrastructure with tenant-isolated workspaces. No other customer can see, read, or touch your maison. Your credentials are stored encrypted and are never readable in plain text by anyone, including us.
What do I need to bring, and what do you provide?
We provide the platform, the luminaries, the architecture, the voice training, the ongoing prompt engineering, and every platform update. You bring your Shopify, your Klaviyo, your Meta Ads, your Anthropic API, and a generative image platform of your choice. This is the same architecture Shopify and Klaviyo use. Typical third-party tooling runs $200 to $800 per month depending on your volume.
